Spillage Pans are NOT included. 3500 Btu's Per Burner. As with most open well, non-stainless steam tables, the wells under spillage pans get water and food spilled on the burner covers, and as a result there is some rust and discoloration, even after we've cleaned theses areas and painted them as well. This in no way effects or limits the intended use of this commercial unit. This piece of equipment has years of life left in it. Thank you.
