100 pop rivets 1/8 countersunk steel safety wire gromet


Here is a chance to add 100 unique rivets to your hardawre collection. these are not available in hardware stores or at aircraft supply your getting 100 POP Brand 1/8 inch countersunk rivets.
They are so short they make an excellent grommet for safety wiring sheet metal or joining two very thin sheets with little hanging out . Take a close look at the photo below in the lower right corner of the razor blade you can see how the head of the mandrel pops out of the rivet leaving a countersunk Grommet. Great to add strength to a phenolic or composite panel you might want to wire.
A steel 1/8 inch diameter countersunk that weigh less than the aluminum,
They measure out as a 1/8 inch pop rivet and are the lightest rivet you can use. the weigh less then 0.2 Grams each even though they are steel. they are very light ! 5 of them poped had a total weight of .9 grams on my 1200.00 sotorius digital scale.
