Only two delivery attempts will be made by our couriers, any subsequent delivery attempts will be subject to a further charge. We will contact you with delivery schedule information for your consignment; it is your responsibility to ensure the receipt of your consignment. Our couriers work with us to be as flexible as possible, if you would like to take receipt of your consignment on a specific day and/or time please contact us to make special arrangements.
In the event of any unforeseen delay, we will contact you with updated delivery schedule information.
If you would like to return your purchases, please contact us first to make arrangements. We will not refund any carriage charges incurred by you when returning your purchases unless this has been agreed by us in prior communication. All products are new and provided with a 30 day warranty and/or a 12 month manufactures warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page/listing.
