1 Dyonics 635 Digital Capture Device
The Dyonics Vision 635 Image Management System provides cost-effective digital image documentation through real-time acquisition, review and export of digital video, still images and patient records. High-quality images and video clips can be exported in industry-standard formats, including DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine), JPEG, MPEG1 or MPEG2, for offline review, printing and archiving, using commonly available PC software. The information may be accessed from outside the OR via a local area network.
"The Dyonics Vision 635 Image Management System and its ability to acquire high-definition medical-grade images and video of patient anatomy and disease pathologies provides unlimited potential for physician education and training," commented Dr. Neal El Attrache, Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic, located in Los Angeles."In addition, it can help pave the way for broader acceptance of electronic patient records."
A proprietary Automatic Motion Correction (AMC) algorithm produces high quality images by minimizing blurring and other image motion artifacts. The internal hard disk retains all images and patient text information, ensuring data integrity in the event of a power loss.
The launch of the 635 Image Management System follows the recently introduced Dyonics Vision 325Z DV Camera System. This system, equipped with digital output interface, provides real-time digital streaming video in standard DV format for digital recording or direct display.
