Up for your consideration is this: 32 oz (1 Qt.) bottle of super CONCENTRATED bottle of JohnsonDiversey "Stench and Stain Digester. This is for the worst of the worst. This is a commercial product and if you know about this you know how good it is. One ounce of concentrate in the top well can make one gallon of regular strength odor remover. In other words this concentrate will mix at the rate of 1 (or upto 4oz) per gallon of water. This bottle is 32 oz. so it will make upto 32 gallons of stain digester, (or for a more concentrated mixture of 4oz to 1 gallon of water) for 8 gallons of a more concentrated mixture. This is a super thick fluid similar to pancake syrup. This can also be used as a drain cleaner and deodorizer
