The unit has good external appearance with signs of normal wear & tear.
There are 3 black lines on the top of the case that appear to be permanent magic marker. The word VERMONT is stamped in red on the case near the bottom of the meter just to the right of the nameplate info. There is a decal on the side of the case noting it was calibrated 8/10/94
