These came from a large surplus lot after a project was completed. These blades are new, but have a few minor spots with light rust and some blades have slight tape residue (like from duct tape). The cosmetic rust does not alter the function of these blades in any way. They will still cut like new, at less than half the price. Pictures show the range of conditions these blades are in.
