The stain you see is grease fingers and dirt. The same type of staining by the same type of fingers is on the inner pages as well. The manual is complete, it is used and has 65 pages. There are smudges and stains on mostly the front pages, finally around page 33 the pages become clean. If the grease didn't bother you, you could upgrade the catalog's condition one level.
