This is a used FIBER OPTIC cleaver DT03732-05 CT-2. The diamond blade is worn significantly and needs to be replaced, otherwise it is in pretty good shape. I was doing some fine cleaves on multimode 200 um core fiber successfully even using this worn blade. This cleaver can be used rather for multimode core fibers up to 600 micrometers.
Original fiber holder accepts fibers of 200-600 micrometer core diameter. It seems to be made in England while the cleaver assembled in Japan.
