Cat# SKRR12XG. Comes with a gasket and bag of mounting screws (screws are not in the photo, but they are supplied here). "Multi-circuit pin & sleeve Male Inlet Receptacle designed for indoor or Nema 1 applications, automatic press, tool control and welder applications requiring rugged shock-resistant devices capable of safely interrupting rated currents under load. Provides positive connection under the most severe conditions of shock and vibration."
