This is a brand new, Italian made portable air compressor that is perfect for personal scuba diving or paintball use.
The compressor is four stage, four cylinder, air cooled and splash lubricated. Plus, it has an air filtration system that delivers scuba and fire department grade clean and dry breathing air (grade E). It is driven by a reliable 5.5 horse power Honda gasoline engine. This is truly THE most portable compressor available!! We also have in stock gasoline and 220 VAC with auto shutdown and 110 VAC with auto drains in stainless steel (yachtsman's favorite) all available for immediate delivery. This compressor has manual condensate drains and will pump to 4500 PSI (max service pressure). It is outfitted with a user adjustable safety valve to prevent damage from over pressure. It will fill a standard 80 in about 15-20 minutes ... depending on the starting pressure.
It comes with a fill hose and a DIN or yoke style scuba filler, a new filter cartridge and enough high grade synthetic compressor oil for the first 50 hours of operation (includes a spare bottle of compressor oil). Typical annual maintenance costs are about $50 for oil and filter changes. Paintball fillers are also available.
This is a complete system and upon receiving, you just need to add gas and oil (not included) to the gas engine, install the snorkel and fill hose (requires a small adjustable wrench) and you are ready to start pumping air.
NOTE: This machine is outfitted with a pressure maintaining valve to improve filter life as well as a special filler valve that has shut off and bleed. Together these options add approximately $250 to the value of this machine.
