This IR Light Source is an engine for making IR reflective sensor easy to make and program.
Designed for object detection, it can drive up to 4 pairs IR transmitters with one PCB module.
Ideal for object detection project such as automation, robotics, dispenser etc.

This is a DIY Kit for an IR optical sensor. Its simplicity makes it ideal for your projects. It makes Infra Red Sensing particularly simple.
It can be used as standalone sensor such as a visitor chime, or connect to a microcontroller for easy interfacing.
In robotic, you may use it for Robot Eye or line tracer, unlike normal IR diode and detector, you need not generate any carrier frequency, just power it up and check for the IO status.
Infra-red is a non visible light with a wavelength of 950nm. It is widely use in remote control, it is insensitive to black object.
This module generates a modulated IR signal which transmit through the air, when an object is detected the IR signal will be reflected back to receiver and its output is set to "LOW " or 0 Volt.
