Homebrew basic stamp 2 on a proto board
This is a "homebrew" Basic Stamp 2 on a good quality prototyping board with +5 VDC power regulator at an attractive price. It is the equivalent of a Parallax Basic Stamp 2 plus a carrier board.
This is a fully functional Basic Stamp 2 consisting of a Parallax Basic Interpreter, a 24LC16B EEPROM and a MAX232 RS232 interface.
This is fully assembled and tested and includes everything in the photos.
* Fully functional Basic Stamp 2 implemented using discrete parts. Parallax interpreter, 24LC16B EEPROM and MAX232 interface circuit.
* A standard 9 pin female RS232 interface.
* Hefty 7805 voltage regulator to safely power the Stamp and peripheral circuitry.
* Dimensions of the board are 4.0 X 3.19 X 0.062
* Pads next to all Stamp terminals
* Plated holes on 0.1 in grid.
* Mounting holes - clearance for #4 screws.
* Power requirement is 8-15 VDC. The connector is 2.1 mm ID x 5.5 mm OD, female, center positive.
