This old style male extension was made for the older Cincinnati flat bed and center drive spindles. These extensions offer added reach when standard adapters won t work.

This is a quality made adapter. The external threads are ground for maximum CONCENTRICITY and SQUARENESS. This adapter has precision internal and external Cincinnati tapers for reliable and proper spindle and adaptor mounting. They are heat treated to enhance their strength and rigidity.
To tighten or remove this adaptor, insert a steel bar or round wrench into the 3/8 I.D. thru-hole on the adapter. Do not use a pipe wrench, goosenecks or vise grips.
