These are Genuine HUBBELL 60A 250VAC 3-pole 4-wire cable-mount plugs.
This is intended for use in a 3-phase system, where you have one pin for each phase and one for ground.
These are used but the rubber grommets and twist-lock plastic are in excellent condition.
