This is a Harris TS22L butt set with the angled bed of nails clips. The TS22L is one of the most popular butt sets out there, letting you test or tap in to any analog phone line. It also has the data lockout feature, so if you accidentally connect to a modem line or a T1, you won't cause errors on the line. The set can operate in monitor mode in which case it won't take the phone off hook or put noise on the line. It can also operate as a traditional handset, with pulse dialing. There's also a mute button, a speaker phone, belt clip, and polarity & status LEDs.
The bed of nails clips let you connect to a pair of wires through the insulation, which is very helpful if you're in a messy wiring closet or can't access the bix block. Many sets out there have just the standard clips.
