This unit is USED, and has some of the common cosmetic signs of wear (some scuffs, feet have been replaced).
* Wiring integrity and motor movement were checked, light silicon lubricant was added to motor bearings.
* The unit was powered up and run tested for 10 mins. continuous vortexing at full power: no problems.
* Though difficult to get a consistent/accurate reading with a tachometer, we tested the unit at full speed with the single cup attachment (load may vary rpm): constantly read in the 3170's.
* Minimum speed tach test read 632 rpm
speed measurements fall within manufacturers specifications: +/-5% accuracy (600-3200rpm).
