Guide To Choosing The Right Size Mailer:
Width of Mailer: (W) Width of Product + (T) Thickness of Product + 0.5 inch
Length of Mailer: (L) Length of Product + (T) Thickness of Product + 2 inches
For example, a video cassette in a standard box. 7.5" x 4" x 1"
Width for mailer size would be: 4 + 1 + 0.5 = 5.5"
Length for mailer size would be: 7.5 + 1 + 2 = 10.5"
Calculated mailer size would be: 5.5" x 10.5"
Recommended mailer size would be: 7.25 x 12 (#1) for Kraft Bubble Mailer or 7.5"x10.5" Poly Mailer.

* 65 lb. (110GSM) kraft paper with 3/16" PE bubbles. Our competition uses 55 lb. (or less!) which offers much less protection!
* Seamless bottom for STRENGTH!
* 1/2" side fins to help absorb shock.
* Virgin Paper! Not recycled which tends to have a flaky surface and ONLY LOOKS thicker because of it.
* SMOOTH CLEAN finish allows for strong label adhesion. Many cheap ones use low density flaky paper, which allows labels (and postage) to easily fall off.
