We tested this item to the best of our ability after reading the instruction manual. We are convinced it is in good order. The case has a crack on the outside but everything inside was protected. This little tester impressed us with its ease of use and clean readings (the readout still has protective plastic on it). This kit includes all items pictured along with a detailed book of instructions.
