CPRRS accepts goods returned if they are in the same condition as delivered provided the items are returned within one week of delivery.
No restocking fee will be levied.
The refund will be to the full amount of item s price however refunds for carriage will only be made if the item was delivered faulty, incomplete or different to the order as specified.
This ensures we can get your item to you without delay.
Items must be examined on delivery for delivery damage.
Damage to items must be reported to the deliver driver/company at the time of delivery.
Damage to items must also be reported to the CPFS delivery hotline within one day.
This allows us to claim against the delivery company and send you a replacement.
Please sign as "damaged" if the drivers will not wait.
All items are brand new and unless otherwise specified are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a standard term of one year or two years covering failure arising from defect of manufacture or component/unit failure. All parts and labour costs to repair the item will be met by CPRRS during the warranty term. CPRRS may instruct third party engineering firms to carry out repairs. In cases where repair is not economically viable or possible, CPRRS may offer a replacement of an identical product or one similar in design and specification. A full item price refund is an option available to the end user and CPRRS in such cases as the item being considered to be beyond economical repair. Faulty items must be returned to CPRRS at the end users expense.
