HL-AH Amalgamator is a new type medical apparatus of treating teeth, it can blend silver amalgam capsules that sold by market.
Zhejiang Drug Administration inspected the machine, and coincidence by require of criterion. It has safe operation, beautiful aspect, suitable structure and symmetric blend. It has T V ISO13485 CE Certificate.
The machine belongs to Class ,type B. It s general equipment, not AP or APG equipment, it can continuous work.

3. Description of its operational parts:
It is a black, boat-shaped switch, press down to connect the power and light the power indicator (bulb).
The time controller is used for accurate control of blending time. Composed by "display" "set" and "start" button. Displaying shows time set; "Set" button at the left panel, for blending time set, There: 4 ~ 60 seconds, every 2 seconds incremental, can be set arbitrary; "Start" button at the right panel, every time press, the motor will start to blending. If halfway suspended, press this button.
3). Cover shield/mask and forks/clamp
The cover shield can be overturned while loading the materials and revert to its original position as the machine is working.
The fork inside the cover is used to grip the silver amalgam capsule.
1). Press the boat-shaped switch down to turn on the power indicator light.
2). Blending need to adjust the time. A short set by each button, 2 seconds set increases, every long set by the button, the set time increase to the required rapidly. (A maximum is 60 seconds. Then back to 4 seconds to start) the set of time is memorable.
3). Put the capsule into the forks, turndown the cover/mask. (The machine can t start working when the cover/mask was closed). This system obtained the patent, the Patent no. is: 200520014942.1
4). Press the START to start the motor and begin the blending process; this operation will be stopped automatically when the set time has been reached.
5). Remove the capsule from the forks after the machine has stopped, the blending process has been completed.
1). Before starting the machine, remove the fastened screws (painted RED on the tip) in the middle of the vibration-reducing bed of the motor, which has been fastened on the bottom board during its transportation.
2). Inspect all the parts from the outside after opening the box.
3). The machine should be placed on a sturdy and even operating table to prevent it from resonance thus causing noise.
4). Do not open the machine cover optionally to avoid undesired damage.
5). During the operation, push the button must be appropriated. For the safety, when people want to start the machine, the cover must been downed.
1). Maintain method: use the buttons properly during operation, if there s any difference sound or shake, please cut off the power immediately, and ask for maintain. Make sure the casing and cramp are clean after using.
2). Maintenance period: after one year using, the machine should maintenance, especially check the force of the cramp. If amalgam becomes flexible or cramp was damaged, please replace the spare parts.
3). Method of fuse maintaining: use Phillips screwdriver pull the fuse socket down, fit F2A 5 20 fuse socket into and screw up the cap.
1). Each part of instrument all does not work: The fuse was broken down, replacing the fuse tube.
2). Time Set system or other faults: Send to professional department or manufacturer to maintain.
3). The mask damages: At the power shut off, press down the SET key, TURN ON the Power at the same time, release the SET key after show" O" or" U", then press START key, showing at" U" or " O" to exchange, TURN OFF the power after establishing to completers. Switch on again, under " O" appearance, if the mask open, the machine stop working; Under" U" appearance, machine can continue to work.
