You are looking a new surplus Taco (Japanese name) Hardy Series 65-80 pneumatic valve. This is a double solonoid air valve for double acting air cylinders (7 ports); the plastic plugs are in 5 of the 7 ports. The coils are AC 100 Volt AC.

1 = 4 mm threaded = 12 (left side of picture)
