All stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. Cooking surface is guaranteed against warping and resists sticking of foods. Adjustable thermostat with temperature range of +175 F to +425 F with fast heat up and recovery times. Even heat distribution from heating element cast into aluminum along entire bottom of pan. Balanced skillet design permits easy tilting when tilting handle is mounted on either the left or right side of unit. Self-locking tilt mechanism ensures cooking is splash proof and prevents accidental tilting. Lift-off cover with adjustable vent.
