I am not really sure what this vehicle was for, but it was manufactured by Mixermobile, Wagnermobile in Portland, OR circa 1950 or so. This vehicle has a gauge on the side which is marked "Wagner Mobile Electronic Water Meter". This is an original 8" x 10" sepia toned photograph! There are some wrinkles in the upper right corner (see picture). Great looking Utility Vehicle! Thanks for looking.
