This is a KRACO MAYDAY II EMERGENCY TWO-WAY 40 CHANNEL CITIZEN BAND RADIO. comes with the unit case and the blue carrying case for the cb radio that you see in the photo. This unit is used but it does work via the cigarette lighter adapter with the place magnetic antenna for the vehicle roof top or you can connect the directly to the cb radio.
