The complete system includes the following:
A operations manual, 2 axis display, 2 linear scales and mounting hardware.

The newest generation of digital readout systems, the ACU-RITE VUE is a simple, cost-effective entry level solution for manual machine tool applications. The ACU-RITE VUE features a 5.7", 320x240 resolution transmissive LCD display, the latest in flat screen technology. The ACU-RITE VUE is the first readout in the industry to display full text on a crystal clear LCD display.
The VUE milling LCD readout system is now totally intuitive as all prompts, instructions and help functions are now visible as text or graphics on the screen. In addition, all standard routines are now visible on the screen with graphics to guide the user through simple questions. It is no longer necessary to constantly refer to a manual or memorize codes, to access the functionality of the VUE system.
Available in the same LCD readout as a 1-, 2- or 3-axes display, the VUE for milling comes complete with bolthole pattern calculations for full and partial circles with graphics, zero reset and preset features, tool diameter compensation, near zero warning, and every other operating feature available in ACU-RITE's previous entry-level DRO product lines.

I know the picture shows a three axis system but that is what Acu-rite supplies to the public. If you don't like it or understand it, give Acu-rite a call and tell them to change it, don't call or e-mail me. I already know it shows a three axis display.
Acu-rite lathe systems are available but not at this discounted price. I can offer a discount off the normal list price but it nothing compared to the above pricing. Why is this? Acu-rite sells hundreds more mill systems than lathe systems so they offer the big discounts on the mill systems and make up the difference on the lathe, grinder and EDM systems.
The brackets supplied are UNIVERSAL brackets but will fit a Bridgeport series I or copy.
The brackets could be modified to work on other mills.
No this system will not work on your lathe or grinder or any other machine. This is a mill digital readout system.
