Powcon 400SS welder and Oxomatic MVP12-VS wire feeder for sale. Powcon is capable of Stick, Tig, and Carbon Arcing up to 400 amps (DC). The Oxomatic wire feeder is capable of welding in CV or CC mode for Mig or Flux Core welding. Powcon has digital meter which displays amps and volts. Oxomatic feeder has analog amp/volt meters and wire feed rate adjustments such as soft start and high or low settings. Powcon is currently wired for 220 volt single phase (requires 45 amp service) but can be wired for 440 volt three phase. These machines were built in the USA, work great, and are much better than the cheap stuff their selling now. This setup would be good for anyone doing heavy duty welding or just tinkering in the garage like me. Brand new, this setup cost well over $3500.
1. Whats included: Powcon 400SS, Oxomatic MVP12-VS Wire Feeder, Feeder Voltage Sensing Line. Owners manual for both Powcon and Oxomatic.
2. Whats not included: Power Cord for Powcon (keeping it, I used dryer plug ~$16 @ Lowes), welding leads (keeping), shielding gas lines (keeping), MIG gun (sold it, I used Profax 250-3035-12 Tweco Style w/ Oxomatic AVC-30Q Connection), wire feed rollers (uses standard miller wire feed rollers), wire spool holding nut (lost it, but you can still get them), wire spool.
