These lead free boards can be assembled with either conventional or lead free solder. Performance is the same.
Note that you can also run this board without any of the trim components, accepting the value of the laser trimmed reference chip. In this reduced mode, you can omit R01, R03, trimmer R02, and the pins with the shorting jumper. For solder connected wires, you can also omit copper test points TP01 - TP04. It is, however, recommended to always include the two capacitors (bypass and noise reduction).
