Jacob no 6A 0-1/2 drill chuck taper 33 with key
This is a JACOB NO 6A 0-1/2 DRILL CHUCK TAPER 33 WITH KEY. It is about 1 7/8" OD x 2 1/2" long. The hole has a 5/8" opening that tapers inward. This type of chuck is placed into the matching end in the lathe, drill or drill press and is held in place by friction. This chuck shows some use and was rusty but was cleaned and now is in good condition and turns very smooth. It has been oiled to keep it from rusting.
