"Blue Paisley" Welding Hat and Cap
The pictured welding cap is a CUSTOM HANDMADE 6 panel high crown (7 1/2" tall)
lined WITH A BAND welding cap with a LONG soft bill (3" length) in
"Blue Paisley" print of 100% medium weight cotton. The lining of this cap is
blue. The print pattern on this Welding Hat has blue paisley print on a white background
with additional colors of turquoise, light grey, medium grey, & medium blue.
This 6 panel cap style is available in the other print patterns I have available in the store
& vice -versa on the other 4 & 6 panel cap styles I have.
The stitching on this cap is a straight stitch. The bill has a straight stitch.

I offer the inside band with terry lining for added cushion, protection, perspiration absorption.
You may choose to have the bill of your hat lined in terry with batting as the middle layer.
All the bills in my hat listings are lined with batting as the middle layer of the bill.
The terry lining is 100% cotton also.
This cap is available in a 5 1/2", 6", 6 1/2" crown, 7 1/2", 8", or 10" crown.
The high crown style fits over the ears and the short crown style fits above the ears like a baseball cap.
Lining is available in medium or heavy weight 100% cotton for the cap.
The welding caps are size specific since they are custom made. If you do not know your hat size,
please measure your head with a flat measuring tape comfortably (not tightly) around the
fullest part of your head above the eyebrows and ears. Your head measurement will determine
your welding hat size. The cap sizes are 6 3/4 to size 10. THERE IS NOT SIZES S-M-L.
You can type in your cap size & specifics in the comments section of the checkout when you
purchase a cap/s, or you can email me your cap size/head measurement & specifics.
Specifics information I am requesting are are the style of cap, long or short bill, medium or heavy
weight lining in your cap, the stitching preference, & if you would like terry lining on the inside
BIG RULE: I DO NOT SEND THE CAP/S UNTIL I HAVE THE CAP SIZE OR A
complete without your cap size/head measurement & specifics.
All styles available in short/long bill and stiff/soft bill. The bill lengths are 2", 2 1/2", 3", or 4".
