Station 2: High speed shaper with 0 to 55 degree tilt mechanism, 1 1/4" spindle dia. 5HP motor drives spindle at 5000 RPM
Station 3: Independently adjustable counter rotating Turbosand disc sander with tilting mechanism -5 to +45 degrees 1HP motor drives sanding head at 1500RPM Serrated strips on wheels are die-formed and dissipate heat and minimize dust build-up.
Station 4: Independently adjustable counter rotating Turbosand disc sander with tilting mechanism -5 to +45 degrees 1HP motor drives sanding head at 1500RPM Serrated strips on wheels are die-formed and dissipate heat and minimize dust build-up.
Station 5: 2" width double foiling applicator heads, tiltable -15 to 50 degrees from horizontal. Applicator rollers have individual temperature controls. Carrier film rewind system with automatic tension control on outfeed, 2" max. foil roll width
Part size capacities: 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" plus profile face width, part thickness from 1/8" to 1 1/2", maximum profile face 1 3/4"
2 HP feed drive for variable feed speeds up to 35 FPM.
Part is fed via bottom feed chain and tightly spaced upper holddown rollers.
