The APS-100 system is an EAS detection system designed specifically for smaller retailers with single door exits. The system consists of a transmitting pedestal antenna and a receiving device. The transmitting pedestal contains the power/controller device, an audible alarm, and a visual alarm. The receiving device can be either a secondary pedestal or Ranger receivers. The APS-100 features plug-n-play installation, automatic adjustment to other Ultra Max systems in the area, and a warning light when tagged merchandise is positioned too close to the system.
