Refrigerated Salad Bar (12.5') w (2) Hot Wells + Sneeze 120 Volt
Good used condition refrigerated Salad Bar with (2) Half-Pan Hot Wells on the End. 150 inches long x 31.5 inches deep and 62 inches high. 120 volts powers the salad bar and the hot wells and the lights. The salad bar does not have overhead heat strips. This refrigerated salad bar unit has 7 rectangular cold wells for insert pans + (8) 6.5 inch diameter round cold cut-outs for your dressings to go in round inserts or crocks. Everything on this unit is working and working properly. The only thing imperfect about this unit, considering it is a used unit, is some warping and bowing on the sides where the unit is sided with paneling. We can smooth this out some with wood and nails but there will be some bowed siding on the sides, not on the ends. You may of course elect to re-panel the unit anyway because the old-school paneling may not be you desired aesthetic. Any questions, please just ask.
