1) Strip the outer Romex sheathing from both cables and spread wires apart.
2) Place the wires into the locator channels on the clear cover.
3) Press the housing hinge posts into cover hinge slots until posts lock and close by hand
4) Squeeze with Pliers until latches lock.
5) Connect both parts together
