This new all stainless steel 36" range has 6 burners and 1 oven is manufactured by Southbend, one of the leading manufacturers of commercial ranges in the USA. The top burners are rated at 33,000 BTU-the hotest burners in the industry and they come with life time warranty. The oven on the 436D is rated at 45,000 BTU again tops in the industry. The standard oven has a large 26" x 26-1/2" x 14" oven cavity - sheet pans fit side-to-side or front-to-back. Ranges with standard ovens include 1 oven rack. This restuarant class range would enhance any church kitchen, restaurant or school cafeteria.
