Witte VDE screwdrivers are designed for use on live electrical circuits.
Spherical, dual compound handle moulded over a triangular blank gives hard and soft surfaces for excellent power transmission with a firm, comfortable grip. The insulated handle is designed to fit comfortably in the hand or between the finger tips. The handle is moulded on the blade for additional safety and insulation in use. The burnished blade of high-alloy steel provides stability and safety from handle to tip.
Every Witte VDE screwdriver (AC1000V) is tested to DIN EN60900, IEC900 with low temperature impact at -40 C (C marking) and is individually tested for dielectric strength in a water bath to 10,000V.
