The HP Agilent 5245L is expandable (via plug-ins) to 18GHz! Measures Period, Multiple Period and Average, plus Ratio and Multiple Ratio. Accuracy is suitable for most applications, aging rate is less than 2x10E-07. All Solid State Design will provide years of service. Plug-ins sold separately.
