Here is one lot of 3 pieces of Mini-circuits ERA-5SM, DC to 4 GHz MMIC housed in a Micro-X surface mount package. Being unconditionally stable and internally matched to 50 ohm, the ERA-5SM is one of the popular MMIC used in RF circuitry.
ERA-5SM is a wideband amplifier offering high dynamic range and low noise figure. Typical applications are Cellular/PCS/ 3G/DBS, CATV/WLAN/Microwave Radio. Its low performance variation over temparature also makes this MMIC widely used in Test Equipment.
