Pike Manufacturing Company Grinding Stone Dresser
This is a stone dresser I believe and is used to resurface grinding stones once they have worn unevenly after numerous sharpenings
or it is a grinding wheel sharpener
It is made by the Pike Manufacturing Company out of Pike New Hampshire and is labeled as such They were famous for making all kinds of grinding stones made of all kinds of material.
but on the other side it says Peerless Junior Number 8
