According to our research this is a Device Alignment Test Set with a range of 850-1550nm. It comes as pictured. It powers on. The screen is very faint, even when we try to adjust the LCD contrast. It has light surface wear from prior use. We have no means to fully test it. This instrument has a setting for either 110V or 220V power input. It comes as pictured with some stickers from prior owner.
