OLD GENERAL STORE COUNTERTOP DISPLAY CASE. UNUSUAL GLASS, WOOD AND METAL CONSTRUCTION. THE WOOD DOOR HAS SPRING HINGES . THE TOP AND SIDE GLASS IS 3/16" THICK AND HELD TOGETHER BY BRASS STRAPS. THE GLASS TOP IS REMOVEABLE. COULD HAVE BEEN USED FOR CHEESE, BREAD. PASTRY OR CANDY BECAUSE MICE WOULD HAVE A VERY HARD TIME TRYING TO GET IN.THE WOOD BASE IS 18"X12 1/4". DOOR IS 8"X 16 1/2", GLASS TOP 12"X 16 3/4"AND THE INTERIOR IS 16"X 10 1/2" X6 3/4" HIGH.NEVER SEEN ONE LIKE IT.
