Complete hood and exhaust fan was custom manufactured for a USDA food manufacturing plant in 2001.The company relocated in 2004.Hood primarily used as exhaust for 8 steam kettles preparing ingredients for empanadas and crab rolls.As you can see hood is still installed and operational.New tenants operate a granite and marble fabrication shop for kitchens and bath.Therefore EVERYTHING in the entire building is extremely dusty!.Additional photos are available.Please elaborate on what you would like to have taken.
