The CG5011 is used either manually, or as a part of an automatic calibration system to calibrate a wide range of oscilloscope parameters. The unit occupies three slots in this TM5006 mainframe, and is programmable by GPIB. The CG 5011 complies with IEEE Standard 488.1-1987, and with Tektronix Standard Codes and Formats. Frequency: 40 V to 80 mV: 10 Hz to 10 kHz. 100 mV to 10 V: +DC or: -DC, 10 Hz to 100 kHz. 12 V to 200 V: +DC or -DC, 10 Hz to 10 kHz.
