Unless otherwise stated, all items are new, unused and in the box. These are not liquidation or salvage items, they are from our hospitality supply company warehouse stock and are either overstock or discontinued models.
We do not test each item before it leaves our warehouse, this is not possible. Out of box failures and product failure within the first year are very rare but they do happen.
