The fiber optic illuminator (P/N IL-FOI-150) features a 150W, 21V halogen lamp (P/N EKE) with average life of 200 hrs. It features a rugged plastic design and includes an internal daylight filter and holder for light manipulation. Light intensity can be regulated for glare reduction. The fiber optic illuminator must be used with a light guide, available in a variety of styles. Annular ring light guide (P/N FC-A2-36) provides 360 of continuous shadow-free illumination. Stainless steel dual pipe light guide, constructed with high quality glass fibers, provides spot illumination. By offering stay-put positioning, this pipe light guide directs light exactly to where you need it.
