General Electric GE 4-Stage Protractor Set. Looks like adjustment tooling for a jet engine or something.
This is used for rigging the compressor variable vanes, on a jet engine. Mostlikely a J-79 that powered the F-4. (per jc).
Dial indicators attach to the protractor arms. Face view above and backside view below.
STG 1, 2, 3 and 4? protractor arms shown above with close view below.
Really nice protective case shown below.

Condition looks very good used. We have no idea what they are for or how to use them. No documentation.
