Vintage GOLDBLATT Hand Operated Concrete Floater
Good used condition with some concrete remanents on surface. Minor surface rust in a few spots on handle. Nothing degrading. Still very functional. Base measures 3-1/2" wide x 48" long. It is 36" high, 32" to top of handle. 18" between handles. Weighs 18 lbs. Holes are about 9/16" dia. Made by Goldblatt (has sticker)
