This is a heavy duty 6" diameter x 3-Jaw Self Centering Metal Lathe Chuck with a plain back. This beautiful chuck has the following specifications:
Body is 6.3" (160mm) in diameter x 2.6" (65mm) thick (jaws project 1.14" out from body)
Includes (3) Inside jaws, (3) outside jaws, large safety chuck key, (3) 8mm mounting bolts, & Allen wrench
Smallest diameter gripped by jaws = .118" (3mm)
Largest diameter gripped by jaws = 5.709" (145mm)
Run-out of chuck body = .0033" (.085mm)
Run-out of test bar in jaws = .0063" (.160mm)
This is a plain back chuck, but it has (3) 8mm threaded holes on the outer ring in a 142mm dia bolt hole circle...positioned 120 degrees apart.
