This item is a Stainless Steel Proofer Warmer with Oven. It would be great for any bakery or restaurant.

This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use. The oven door gasket will need to be replaced. There is a bracket missing on hinge of the oven. The dial for the proofer is cracked and the proofer on/ off switch has been removed. The power cord and some of the interior light bulbs will need to be replaced.
