Offered is a DryAir Complete Thawing & Heating Package. Available due to rental fleet turn over.
The Heating unit was mfd 12/2002 (per labeling), however, unknown when it was actually put into service.
Whats Included in the package:
DryAir Model 2000-1200-SE Water Heating Module: 1 million +/- Btu Propane fired (convertable to Nat Gas), Trailer mounted (trailer has not been titled).
6 (six) DryAir Model 200 Heat Exchangers: 200,000 Btu Heat Blower units (1 labeled bad bearing ).
4 Port Manifold Set: 2 id input x 1 id output. (not pictured, in trailer storage bunker).
2 each of 2 (id) x 50 Novaflex Hose, total of 100 .
12 each of 1 (id) x 50 Goodall Hose total of 600 . *note 2 are labeled "leaks", one of which has a leak about 5' from the end and the other I'm unsure of where.
DryAir 2000-1200-SE Central Heating Module Specs in Brief:
Propane System Heating Capacity: Heat: up to 37,000 sqft of Structure. Thaw: up to 15,750 sqft. Cure: up to 43,500 sqft.
Natural Gas Capacity (requires conversion kit): Heat: up to 40,000 sqft. Thaw: up to 18,000 sqft. Cure: up to 48,000 sqft.
Fuel Specs: Propane: Input 1.134 M Btu, Output 941,544 Btu. Nat Gas: Input 1.233 M Btu, Output 1.023 M Btu.
Electrical Requirements: Central Heater 115v / 230v.
Water Heater: 2-stage output, copper fin tube w/burner tray. Variable heat delivery accomodates changing heat requirements.
Fluid Circulation System: Circulation Pump 2hp, 80gpm @ 30psi. Low pressure & atmospherically vented.
Heat Transfer Fluid: Non-toxic propylene glycol / water mix. Freeze protected.
System Operation: Control and Monitor panel. Full gauge monitoring. Auto Temp and Fuel Usage. 11 light system operation.
Convertable to Nat Gas with optional conversion packages.
Heating unit is forkliftable with built-in pockets (for use without trailer).
DryAir model 200 Heat Exchanger Specs:
Btu Output: 201,364 Btu. Based on 200f supply fluid and 32f ambient air. 2300cfm and 15gpm fluid flow.
Controls: Thermostatic temperature control.

The Heating unit is in great shape, quite clean inside with some weathering as to be expected on the exterior. *Note, pictures are as it came in...has not been cleaned up.
The 6 Heat Exhangers are in as should be expected jobsite used condition, with weathing, scuffs, bumps and such. *Note, one is labeled as having a bad fan bearing.
The Hoses are in good job site used condition...aside from the two labeled leaks .
